Multiple Reports, County or ZIP Level. If you would like to know which of several adjacent counties or ZIP areas would be the best location for your business, we will research as many as six and provide you with all the statistics of a standard report for each county or ZIP area. You must, however, specify one business type from our list. Multiple reports must be ordered at the same time to receive the discounted price. The first report costs $150. Two reports cost $250. Three reports cost $325. The fourth, fifth and sixth reports cost $50 each.

ZIP Level Combination Reports. If you would like a report for multiple ZIP codes, we will research the ZIP areas you specify, provide a report for each, plus a report that combines the statistics for all the ZIP codes you have listed. The first two ZIP reports and their combination costs $300. Three ZIP reports and their combination costs $375. Four ZIP reports and their combination costs $425.

Best Business Types for a Specified Location. If you are a seller or a real estate agent and would like to know which business types are most suitable for a specified single county (or ZIP area) we will research all business types as listed on our order page and send you reports for all those that have favorable ratings (ratios equal to or above 1.00) You will have the right for six months to reproduce those reports to give to potential buyers, provided you duplicate each report in its entirety (including the disclaimer, etc.). The result of our work might be only a few reports or many, depending largely upon the economic climate of the county or ZIP area of interest. The cost of running these analyses and delivering only the favorable reports is $1,000.
